Statewide Waste Diversion and Recycling Program Development

Waste diversion consulting and funding program development to establish statewide recycling to landfill ban, conversion of hi5-hi10 program and mandatory recycling for businesses. This program will help to extend the lifespan of existing landfills while creating a source of revenue for the county and state to enforce the new legislature, once established.
