New park and pedestrian overpasses connecting Laniakea and Chun's

Connect Laniakea and Chun's Surf Spots via Park Space Mauka side of Kamehameha Highway

Purchase the land on the mauka side of Kamehameha Highway between Laniakea (Turtle Beach) and Chun's and convert it to a City and County Park with two pedestrian bridges over Kamehameha Highway in front of both surf spots. Also buy the private property on the Waimea side of the Chun's park to expand the park space. This would increase access to both heavily used surf spots, improve traffic flow, mitigate the hazard of pedestrians crossing a highway to get to the beach, and provide much needed parking and park space to picnic, hangout between surf sessions and enjoy a beautiful day on the North Shore of Oahu.
