Marine Data for Holomua and Kaʻūpūlehu Fisheries

As DAR continues to advance Holomua on Hawai‘i Island, there is a critical data gap in the status of marine resources along large stretched of coastline, as well as no secured funding to manage Kaupūlehu, an area about to launch a sustainable fishery management plan. This funding would allow us to work with DAR and UH to collaborative collect and analyze data from those key areas to inform State management efforts.
