Install kW-level wind turbines on high-rise buildings

Installation of kW-level wind turbines atop high-rise buildings, municipal buildings, and harbor-front buildings throughout the state. Installing low noise, locally-made wind turbines will provide more baseload clean energy reserves to the state's energy supply. The wind turbines strategically located in areas with high wind resources on top of existing buildings will not inhibit bird nesting or migration patterns. Vertical axis wind turbines (VAWTs) also reduce annoyance due to eye flicker and any unsightly disturbances.
