Hawai‘i Mesonet

Statewide weather and climate monitoring network of approximately 100 telemetry stations that provide real-time information on rainfall, temperature, humidity, windspeed, wind direction, air pressure, solar radiation, etc. This data is important for many uses including weather forecasting, flood warning, fire warning, agriculture, ranching, and water resouce management. Funds will be used for operating and maintaining the system and additional stations.
