Fund management tools and staffing for existing and new community organizations that work in partnership with the Department of Land and Natural Resources - DOCARE, DAR, DOBOR to reduce visitor impacts on sensitive marine areas and improve the visitor experience. This includes on-site education and outreach staff, clear and culturally grounded signage, and the infrastructure to manage use at high-traffic sites. These investments protect the reefs and the communities that care for them.
