Fund hurricane-rated windows to turn condo towers into shelters

Convert condo towers into hurricane shelters by installing windows and frames that can withstand 200 mph+ winds. Set aside millions to GIVE TO condo towers where 70% make less than $200,000 a year, and where occupants of 70% of the condos agree to accept friends, relatives, or others needing shelter into their apartments and hallways during hurricanes. High-rise hotels, office buildings, and theaters that agree to accept people needing shelter in their conference and other open rooms and hallways will also receive FREE funding for windows and frames.
