Fund Environmental Impact Study for Kaka'ako Makai

Pay for an EIS for the Kaka’ako Makai area to determine if it is safe to house people there. There is a strong push to do this. With so many factors including the area is all filled land unsafe to support highrises, former City dump site, tremendous cost to remediate the land, sea level rise, tsunami zone, flood zone, Hurricane surge zone, potential leaching of toxic material into the atmosphere and near ocean waters during construction. This will help the decision makers to decide on the fate of this land.

The present owners are not moving on this.
