Fund community orgs co-managing State Parks for revenue

Fund community-based organizations engaged in co-management of State Parks and other State Lands to develop business plans to generate revenues related to land stewardship, cultural regeneration/education and as a venue for community-based, values-based products and services development, whereby proceeds are used to sustain co-management, education and workforce development pathways.
