Establish a Hawaiian plant nursery in key restoration areas statewide

Create a Hawaiian plant nursery in key restoration sites statewide, such as the Wai‘anae Coast, Maui, Moloka‘i, to supply native and traditional food plants for two community food forests and a Native Hawaiian Cultural Practitioner Forest to address critical food insecurity and educate residents.
