Convert Kaunala Ahupua'a side of UH Waiale'e station into county park

Purchase the Kaunala Ahupua'a side of the UH Waiale'e Livestock Research Station and make it a City and County park. This portion of the station is adjacent to the unmaintained park in front of the heavily used Velzyland surf spot. Currently there is not enough park space to meet the demand of both residents and tourist across the entire North Shore of Oahu. The new park would provide more parking, reducing the need to park along Kamehameha Highway, and provide park space to enjoy the beach, surf, picnic and watch the sunset.
