Annual statewide gathering for Green Fee goals and priorities

Statewide Priority and goal setting for Green Fee Funds

Establish a one-week, statewide gathering every year focused solely on Green Fee Funds, bringing together the community working in the field of “Environmental Stewardship”. The gathering would focus on:

• goals (what do we want to achieve) over the next 20 - 30 years or so.

• pathways - how do we get there

• prioritize - what should we do first, second, third…

• apply an inclusive process to discuss and then revisit every year and ask ourselves. are we still doing the right thing? doe we need to pivot? Do we need to refocus?

• share lessons learned and best practices to do things successful together.

  Uplift and encourage each other. The Green fee is seen as an immense opportunity and responsibility, and getting this right is meant to inspire others to follow suit. This will be hard but we can not fail: He Waʻa He Moku, he Moku He Waʻa.
