2028 Green Fee funding for Kā‘anapali nature-based coastal solutions

Request 2028 Green Fee funding to explore and implement nature-based solutions along the Kā‘anapali coastline. The initiative would focus on creating natural sand dunes, introducing native coastal plantings, and improving shoreline resilience against erosion, seasonal high surf, and rising sea levels.
